Performance of the Reformed School Choir of Pecs

You are cordially invited to the performance of the Reformed School Choir of Pecs on Friday, August 18, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. at our church. The choir travels throughout Hungary and to Hungarians living in the diaspora throughout the year. This is the first time that they will perform in North America. The choir will dedicate this performance for commemorating and celebrating the 500th Anniversary of the Reformation. The program will provide beautiful and quality performance both in Hungarian and English. Currently it has 40 members and 6 teachers.

Our church would like to help their ministry in different forms. We would like to ask all our church members in helping the choir to provide housing for them. The young people are 15-18 years old. If you could help, please call our church at 440-786-7272 or email us at fhrcwh@gmail.com. The other option to help the choir is to support them financially. By this we could sponsor their stay, e.g. hotel stay, meals, museum admissions, etc. If you would like to support the choir by check please write in the memo section: “Choir of Pecs”. A Pécsi Református Kollégium Énekkarának előadása

Szeretettel hívunk és várunk mindenkit a Pécsi Református Gimnázium Énekkarának előadására 2017. augusztus 18-án, pénteken este 7:00 órától a templomunkba. A kórus folyamatosan turnézik Magyarországon és a diaszpórában elő magyarság körében. Most először lépnek fel Észak Amerikában, a Reformáció 500. évfordulójára emlékezve. Magas színvonalú, gyönyörű előadásukra magyarul és angolul készültek fel.

A 40 tagú kórus, 6 kísérő tanárral érkezik hozzánk, akiknek munkáját szeretnénk több formában is segíteni. Ebben kérnénk minden gyülekezeti tagunk támogatását is. Szeretnénk a legtöbb 15-18 év közötti diákot otthonokban elszállásolni. Aki ebben segíteni tud, azt kérjük, hívja templomunkat a 440-786-7272-es telefonszámon, vagy e-mailen ezt jelezze: fhrcwh@gmail.com. A segítség másik módja a költségekhez való anyagi hozzájárulás, hogy fedezni tudjuk az énekkar itt tartózkodását (szállás, étkezés, múzeumi belépőjegyek, stb.) Amennyiben csekken küldik el adományaikat, kérjük, írják rá a csekkre vagy a borítékra, hogy “Choir of Pecs”. Minden adományt, ami az ő nevükre érkezik, a kórus támogatására fordítunk.
